Kitchen Sink Mold
Prolonged water damaged means that mold growth is likely to form. Finding mold growing underneath the kitchen sink is one of the most common places we attend to in a home because for mold to grow, it needs: organic material (drywall), water (leaky pipes), mold spores and time. The kitchen sink cabinet is the perfect incubator for mold growth! And as you can see in the picture, mold has been busily growing for quite some time. Notice how we cut the wall with precision, making the reconstruction portion of the restoration process a breeze for the contractor. Also, we saved the wire mesh behind the drywall helps keep remediation costs to a minimum and make the work easier for the contractor to rebuild.
