Mold Clean Up

A homeowner in Porter Ranch, CA called SERVPRO of Burbank after noticing a wet wall and damp carpeting in several rooms of their home. SERVPRO of Burbank found that the drywall walls, hardwood flooring and carpeting were affected by this water damage. We also found visible mold growth on the wall behind some living room furniture. SERVPRO of Burbank began by setting up dehumidifiers to stabilize the environment and prevent additional secondary damage. SERVPRO of Burbank then removed the damaged drywall and base, and HEPA vacuumed the area. Next, we removed the damaged flooring and detail cleaned the slab and wood framing. The home owner could now call his contractor out to complete repairs!
