Clean Toilet overflow

A home owner in Chatsworth, CA called SERVPRO of Burbank after a toilet overflowed and began spilling through her kitchen ceiling. SERVPRO of Burbank arrived and found that the water had damaged the bathroom tile, drywall, bedroom carpeting and kitchen hardwood floors. In the bathroom shown we placed dehumidifiers to stabilize the environment and begin drying materials. SERVPRO of Burbank removed the damaged tile flooring and cut out the wet drywall. We HEPA vacuumed the area and applied antimicrobial solution to the wood framing and sub-floor. The homeowner was thrilled that she could now have her contractor come out to complete the work!
